Payment

• Payment is non-refundable once the work has been completed and payment has been processed.

• Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% for each week past the due date.

• Grace period of 5 days after payment is due before the late fee takes effect.

Availability

The Designer will be available 9AM - 5PM throughout the entirety of this contract to communicate with the Client regarding the project. The Client is encouraged to reach out to the Designer with any questions, concerns, or change requests during this time.

Rates & Services

All services are set rates, with no TAX. If Client ordered multiple services & needs it by a set date within 2 weeks, please add the "Priority Order" to your purchase to ensure the Priority date is kept,
